Forge Engineering 8959623631 fix: render custom channel emoji from description attachmentRuns ...

YouTube now ships custom channel emoji as attachmentRuns with
:shortcode: placeholders. Walk attachmentRuns with commandRuns in
startIndex order and substitute proxied images for custom emoji while
leaving unicode emoji text alone. Adds spectator coverage. Fixes #5888.
