fix(parser): restore channel link on related videos with multiple creators

Browse Source 
On collab videos the byline run carries no browseEndpoint, so the ucid came back empty and the watch page rendered no channel link. Fall back to the first entry of the Collaborators dialog embedded in the run's navigationEndpoint.
